Xbox Pro Vs Elite

I've seen a lot of questions out there about the differences between 360 console packages, so I thought I'd outline the differences here between the Xbox 360 Pro and the Xbox 360 Elite.

First up the Xbox 360 Pro Model:

Next, we have the Xbox 360 Elite console:
Xbox 360 Elite Vs. Pro

This is the latest model from Microsoft, and it's biggest differences are black case and larger hard drive.
This unit includes the following:
Black Case
Wireless Controller
Hard Drive (typically 120GB, some special packages come with 250GB)
Xbox Live Headset for Online Communication
Ethernet Cord
HDTV Component Cable Set
All units come with HDMI output (cable not included)
Also may come with Games packed-in, depending on package.

As you can see the Pro Vs. Elite do not have a huge set of differences. The most obvious is case color, white for pro and black for elite. After this is Hard Drive size, with the Elite coming with a 120 GB or 250 GB HD, and the Pro model including a 20GB or 60GB. All Elite consoles include HDMI output, but only recently produced Pro models include HDMI.

So, if the case color, and/or hard drive size make a difference to you, go for the Elite. If you need HDMI, either will work, provided you make sure the Pro model you're looking at has HDMI before buying it. The only other consideration is included games.
