Hey guys ive got a problem with my gear ratio's on my Ford rs200 (R3761). I tuned them slightly down and lost about 15mph top speed so i reset them and tuned them sightly up and still lost around 10mph top speed. So i need some deep info on gear ratio's.

Hey Evan.
The main reason for this is basically the orentation of the track. If the track is clockwise, then the car will mostly be turning right and vice versa. Turning to the right will make the tires on the left side of the car hotter, and will therefore have a wider degree of variation of temps.

Its strange b/c the tires on the right (front and back) stay perfectly within 2-3 degrees from outside to inside, while the temperatures of the tires on the left side vary about 9 degrees...any reason for that? any way to compensate?
