Great News for all you Advanced Warfighters out there, DLC for G.R.A.W 2 has arrived at XBox Live Marketplace for download. The downloadable content includes 5 new co-op maps, 9 maps added to adversarial matches and a total of 9 new achievements for the co-op games totaling 125 Achievement Points!

The GRAW™ 2 Co-op Collection consists of five Co-op Campaign missions that continue the story from GRAW 2. In total there are nine maps, seven of which are inspired by classic maps from Ghost Recon’s illustrious history and two that are totally brand new. All nine maps (including adversarial versions of the Co-op Campaign maps) have exquisite visuals and support all of GRAW 2’s thousands of customizable game modes.

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has officially overtaken Halo 3 as the most played game on XBox Live according to Microsoft, and has been confirmed as the official best-selling video game title of 2007 according to NPD Group, Chart Track, and GFK Group.

Update: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Patch

This patch has been delayed due to bugs in the Host Migration portion of the update, but the folks over at CharlieOscarDelta.com have assured us that the patch is being worked on and we should see it soon once it has passed the testing phase. Here’s what we can look forward to once the patch hits XBox Live.

Addition of Host Migration

* If Host of lobby leaves, all players will be deposited back to the lobby where next best host will be selected before new game restarts. Players will no longer be kicked out of game entirely.

Improved Network Performance For Larger Games

* 18 player games now require more bandwidth to host, resulting in smoother performance for players.

Optimized Server Selection for First Match

* Server selection is now optimized to select best bandwidth servers associated by LSP.

Updated Spectator “Chase Cam”

* Change Spectator Mode: Switch between First Person and Third Person.
* 360 Degree rotation around character you’re spectating.

Fixed “Playlist Older Than Host” Error

* Player will no longer get error when entering games.

Optimized Corrupt Create-a-Class Handling

* Players will no longer be kicked from game when their create-a-class data is corrupted.

* Kill Cam view Added: Air Strike Bombs (Follows bomb from plane to target)

Microsoft has Cowboy’d Up for the terrible Service we all encountered over the Holiday Season. They are offering a FREE Arcade game for download to make amends for their intermittent XBox Live Service. The free download is a game called Undertow and is available for FREE download from the Arcade until 11:59 p.m. PST Sunday, January 27.

Gameplay Overview:

Undertow features a 15 level campaign for single-player or co-op and two robust multiplayer modes for up to 16 players. While many of the maps have level-specific goals, the core gameplay of Undertow centers on this maxim: Kill as many enemies as you can – and stay alive for as long as possible!

Through conquest-style battles, players obtain points by killing enemies, accomplishing team goals, and taking check points. Points and a variety of power-ups can be used to further upgrade unit abilities.

Lastly, if you are addicted to Achievement Points (like me) the achievements in this game are pretty straight forward, so enjoy!

The hot new demo out this week is Devil May Cry 4. Due the first week of Feb, this action game is gorgeous, plays smoothly and has a huge number of combo attacks.
