Best Buy to Have Xbox 360 Console Dec 18
A (supposedly) leaked insider document from Best Buy shows they are stockpiling 360 consoles to go on sale on December 18th.
A scanned copy of this document is linked below, and it is not verified, but does seem legit.
Here's the juice:
"Hold All Xbox 360s for Dec. 18 Ad
The next Xbox 360 shipment arrives in stores between Dec. 11 and 16. All units need to be held for Sun., Dec. 18."
Best Buy stores are also told not to take pre-orders, force bundle purchases, create waiting lists or hold the product for customers or employees.
They are also instructed to not hold a midnight or early opening.
There you have it! Those of you who haven't yet snagged a 360, here's your chance. Be at Best Buy early for their store opening on Dec. 18.

does anyone believe the rumors about sams club – i heard they may have them by next thurs 22nd? but i don’t know if that is true or not – i have a 10 yr who only wants an xbox 360 for xmas – just like i’m sure a million other kids do – anyway any info would be very much appreciated merry xbox!!!

i heard they may have them on a different day – don’t know what the truth actually is??? i heard that most stores are selling them to their employees and we don’t stand a chance of getting them. the other day i called walmart and their electronics employee suggested that i go on ebay to buy one because that’s where he has his listed – what a bunch of crap

i just got my 360 yesterday at target and i think there getting one more shipment in before xmas along with circuit city best buy but if u rly wanna get one if i were u call every store u can about it and try to find out when shipments come in.and if u live by a store that gets 360s in i wud go there alot they get the shipments in the morning i did that with target and got 1 of the 5 they had i was lucky
