Best Buy to Have Xbox 360 Console Dec 18
A (supposedly) leaked insider document from Best Buy shows they are stockpiling 360 consoles to go on sale on December 18th.
A scanned copy of this document is linked below, and it is not verified, but does seem legit.
Here's the juice:
"Hold All Xbox 360s for Dec. 18 Ad
The next Xbox 360 shipment arrives in stores between Dec. 11 and 16. All units need to be held for Sun., Dec. 18."
Best Buy stores are also told not to take pre-orders, force bundle purchases, create waiting lists or hold the product for customers or employees.
They are also instructed to not hold a midnight or early opening.
There you have it! Those of you who haven't yet snagged a 360, here's your chance. Be at Best Buy early for their store opening on Dec. 18.

I got word that Sam’s club in Seekonk RI got a large shipment this morning. i’m sorry, but that store is sold out, but the message would be to call other Sam’s club location and search. there is bound to be one somewhere.

Yes we got a shipment of 8. Yes 8 360’s.
The GM is holding 3 of them hostage for costumers that have $$$ and willing to spend that $$$. I’m not happy at all with this decision. I was telling custmers thats all we had and were again sold out. When the MOD comes over to me tells me to watch out for “Barry” looking for a 360 and get a top seller to sell “Barry” the damn 360 with the works.
I just got one today at best buy this morning (Dec 22)
i sold out….ebay….i paid 647
for xbox 360 premium/xtra controller/call of duty 2/and play and charge kit…+ i get the bonus remote..
so i’ll take the hit

I ordered two bundels online at Wallmart.com two days ago based on availability information on http://www.xbox360tracker.com/. Although they stated that I would receive both systems up to a week AFTER Christmas, I just received notification that I’ll be getting them tomorrow. Woohoo! Be sure to check out that web site frequently. It’s updated quite often. Good luck!

I finaly broke down and got one on Ebay. I got the core system for 400 and 50 1 day shipping! Nice! I really should have waited, but standing in line, hunting xboxes, and calling stores had me crazy. No problem now i should be receiving my system by Christmas :) Its wasnt easy though bidding on Ebay is furious and most cores end up in the 490 range, heck no!! I was lucky i only competed against one guy and the bidding started at 299. Be carefull if you go the ebay way their is a lot of fraud, sellers trying to sell you an empty box, or just a picture.. It’s Crazyy
I ordered 3 online on the 22nd on circut city’s website. They sold out in minutes but it says they’ll be restocking frequently.. try that site often. Only thing is you have to buy them in bundles. But it wasnt bad because I was going to buy an extra controller anyway. They also have games in the bundles but you can remove them from your cart.
